I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and must resolve any outstanding balance before booking another appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. If the appointment cannot be accommodated, it may be considered a late cancellation. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or disregard for appointment policies may result in prepayment requirements or loss of future booking privileges.
